What are XED & CO. T-Shirts made from?
Our T-Shirts are crafted from 100% premium combed cotton with a substantial 200–220 GSM weight. The heavyweight fabric gives the T-Shirts a structured, high-quality hang while maintaining everyday comfort.
Are XED & CO. T-Shirts suitable for both hot and cold weather?
Yes. Our 200–220 GSM heavyweight cotton T-Shirts are designed to be versatile enough for both warmer and colder months. They provide a substantial, structured feel while remaining breathable and comfortable for everyday wear. In colder weather, they can also be easily layered with jackets, overshirts, or sweaters.
What fit are your T-Shirts?
Our T-Shirts are designed with an oversized, relaxed unisex fit for a comfortable and effortless look. For the best fit, please refer to our size guide before ordering.
How do I choose my T-Shirt size?
We recommend checking the measurements in our UNISEX size guide and comparing them with a T-Shirt you already own. If you’re between sizes, consider how oversized you prefer your fit.
Are your T-Shirts unisex?
Yes. Our T-Shirts are designed as unisex pieces and can be styled by anyone.
What are your Tote Bags made from?
Our Tote Bags are made of 100% Canvas, designed to be practical, durable, and suitable for everyday use. Please check the individual product description for the exact material and dimensions of each bag.
Will the colors look exactly like they do on my screen?
Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, lighting, and photography. We do our best to display each product as accurately as possible.
What type of printing do you use?
We exclusively use DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing for our T-Shirts and Tote Bags' designs. Some of our designs may have a visual appearance similar to embroidery, puff printing, or other textured printing techniques, but they are not actually embroidered or puff printed. The appearance is created through the design and DTF printing process.
We use DTF printing to achieve sharp details, vibrant designs, and a durable finish while maintaining the overall look and feel of our heavyweight cotton T-Shirts.
ORDERS
How can I place an order?
Simply select your preferred product, choose your size or variant, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Are items in my cart reserved?
No. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve or guarantee its availability. Items remain available for purchase by other customers until your order has been successfully placed.
Can an item become unavailable after I place my order?
In rare cases, an item may become out of stock even after you have completed checkout due to inventory updates or an unexpected stock discrepancy. If this happens, we will contact you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before the order is processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
I received the wrong or damaged item. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review the situation and assist you accordingly.
SHIPPING
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within Pakistan.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service. Maximum time for an order to reach depending on the location is 8 business days.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Do you offer same-day or urgent delivery?
Unfortunately this service is not available at the moment.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I return an item because I changed my mind?
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind. Please review the product details and size guide carefully before placing your order.

PAYMENT METHOD
What payment methods do you currently accept?
At the moment, we only accept Bank Transfer as a payment method.
Do you accept credit or debit card payments?
Credit and debit card payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) are not currently available. We’re working to make additional payment options available in the future.
How do I pay by bank transfer?
Once you select Bank Transfer at checkout, you’ll receive the required payment details and instructions. Your order will be processed once the payment has been successfully confirmed.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
How should I wash my XED & CO. T-Shirt and Tote Bag?
For best results, follow the care instructions mentioned in the Product Description of the T-Shirt and Tote Bag you would like to purchase. We generally recommend washing inside out, using cold or mild-temperature water, and avoiding harsh detergent and bleach.
Can I iron over the printed design?
Avoid ironing directly over the printed design. Turn the T-Shirt inside out or place a protective layer between the iron and the print.
