Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days. During sales, launches, or busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Time: Delivery within Pakistan generally takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier service.

Shipping Charges: Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Delays: Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Incorrect Address: Please ensure your shipping information is correct before placing your order. XED & CO is not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos of the product and packaging. We will review the issue and assist you according to our Refund & Exchange Policy.
